  • How to prepare for my lash appointment
    Please arrive with clean lashes NO mascara, NO glue, and NO make-up. If you arrive with any of the three listed please reschedule or book an eyelash cleaning session by clicking on the “add ons”. If there isn’t enough time in my schedule to squeeze add ons you will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will still go towards your appointment.
  • Deposits
    A nonrefundable deposit is required via our site, Apple Pay or Zelle . Your deposit will go towards your total.
  • When will the address be sent out for my appointment?
    The address will be sent via email immediately after booking. Please check your spam and junk mail as well. If you do not see the appointment please contact me via email or by phone.
  • Payment Methods
    I do NOT accept Cash App or PayPal. Please have your payment ready at the end of each appointment. - Cash - Apple Pay - Zelle-
  • Arrival timeframe
    Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. After 10 minutes a late fee will be due and anytime after 15mins late you may be required to reschedule your appointment. I want to give all my clients the same time and respect.
  • Need to reschedule? No call/no show?
    You are allowed one reschedule with your same deposit. After the second reschedule you are required to pay a new deposit fee. You must reschedule at least 24-48 hours before the time of your appointment. Please contact me via text or by email to reschedule. No call, no shows are not allowed to book with me in the future and will be banned from booking moving forward.
  • After Care Instructions for Lash Extensions
    Please try your best to not get lashes wet for the first 24 hrs Do not use any oil-based eye products, creams or waterproof mascara once the lashes have been installed Use only water based makeup and makeup remover Remove makeup around the eye with a cotton swab to help with the longevity of your lashes Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed To extend the life of your lashes, please schedule touch ups every 2-3 weeks
  • Fill Ins/Refills
    Refills are for sets that I have installed. To qualify for a refill appointment you will need to have a lash set that is 2-2 ½ weeks old with at least 50% remaining lashes. I will now work overtop of anyone's work . You will need to book a lash removal as well as full set.
  • What if I have an allergic reaction?
    Please notify me via phone, email or form on my contact page if you have sensitive skin, allergies or any other things I should be aware of prior to appointment time. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
  • Return & Exchanges
    All sales are final. Due to COVID-19 we are not offering any return or exchanges.
  • Shipping
    On Hand orders Standard 5-6 Business Days Express 2-3 Business Days For any sales offered we will doing pre orders only which will be 7-10 business days Due to Covid-19 some orders may be delayed.   • How many wears can I get out of my lashes?
    With the proper care clients should be able to resue their lashes 20+ times. Please make sure you are washing your lashes properly inbetween uses. Glue build up and improper care for the lash extensions can cause scars and bumps on the eyes! We are no responisble for any alergic reactions that may occur.
