Thank you for booking with Taylor Made The Label… I look forward to meeting all of my future clients. Here are some pointers &' policies to keep in mind when you booking with me! THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO EVERYONE, NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED. PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING.

 

Clean Lashes 

Please arrive with clean lashes NO mascara, NO glue, and NO make-up.If you arrive with any of the above please reschedule or book an eyelash cleaning session by clicking on the “add ons”. If there isn’t enough time in my schedule to squeeze add ons you will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will still go towards your appointment.

 

On time

Please arrive on time, after 15mins late you may be required to reschedule due to the next client. I want to give all my clients the same time and respect. NO extra guest at appointment. Please have remaining balance ready at time of appointment. Thank you for scheduling. See you soon!!

Refills

I can’t refill overtop of anyone’s work. You will need to book a lash removal as well as full set. Refills are for every 2-2 ½ weeks with at least 50% remaining lashes.

 

Deposit

NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book via Cash App or  Zelle , REMAINING BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL. 

 

Late Fees

10 minutes  late will result in a $20 late fee.

ANYTHING over 15 minutes late is an AUTOMATIC CANCELATION . No reschedule and No refund . 

 

No Shows 

You can RE-BOOK a new appointment  with a new deposit, as well as an inconvenience fee of $15 that can be payed before or after your appointment.If you do not cancel 48hrs in advance, your deposit can NOT be used towards another appointment  ,you can REBOOK not reschedule.

Must give a 48hr notice in order to reschedule appointment  .(No Refunds)

 

Address 

Our address will be sent out the day before your appointment date.

No company allowed at appointments. Please come with face mask on.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS to the application of lash extensions has to be dealt with. Please notify our lash tech via phone or text on our contact page if you have sensitive skin or any other things I should be aware of prior to appointment time.We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

COVID-19

If you feel sick, have any symptoms such as( fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, fatigue, vomiting, diarrheal or traveled please reschedule your appointment or please wait until you have either quarantined for 14 days or have taken the necessary precautions before booking to ensure my health as well as others.
