Thank you for booking with Taylor Made The Label. I look forward to meeting all of you during your appointment. Here are some pointers and  policies to keep in mind when you booking with me!

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO EVERYONE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

UPON ARRIVALS

Please arrive with clean lashes NO mascara, NO glue, and NO make-up. If you arrive with any of the three listed  please reschedule or book an eyelash cleaning session by clicking on the “add ons”. If there isn’t enough time in my schedule to squeeze add ons you will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will still go towards your appointment.

 

ON TIME

Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. After  10 minutes a late fee will be due and anytime after 15mins late you may be required to reschedule your appointment. I want to give all my clients the same time and respect. 

Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit is required  via our site, Apple Pay or  Zelle . Your deposit will go towards your total.

 

Payment Methods 

I do NOT accept Cash App or PayPal. Please have your payment ready at the end of each appointment.

Refills

Refills are for sets that I have installed. To qualify for a refill appointment you will need to have a lash set that is  2-2 ½ weeks old with at least 50% remaining lashes. I will now work overtop of anyone's work . You will need to book a lash removal as well as full set. 

 

Reschedule/No Call No Shows 

You are allowed one reschedule with your same deposit. After the second reschedule you are required to pay a new deposit fee. You must reschedule at least 24-48 hours before the time of your appointment. Please contact me via text or by email to reschedule. No call, no shows are not allowed to book with me in the future and will be banned from booking moving forward.

 

Address 

The address will be sent via email immediately after booking. Please check your spam and junk mail as well. If you do not see the appointment please contact me via email or by phone.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Please notify me via phone, email or form on my contact page if you have sensitive skin, allergies  or any other things I should be aware of prior to appointment time. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

COVID-19

If you feel sick, have any symptoms such as( fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, fatigue, vomiting, diarrheal or traveled please reschedule your appointment or please wait until you have either quarantined for 5 days or have taken the necessary precautions before booking to ensure my health as well as others.

We have a strict no refund policy. Please contact us via email or text for more information .
